Why the customer/parent isn’t always right
Recently, I talked with a sports minister about the criteria this ministry used for team selection in their youth leagues. This issue came up because of a protest from one of the coaches regarding the perceived disregard of the sports minister for a particular request by this coach for certain players to be on his team.
