I know some of you dread Monday morning.
Monday morning is typically when you have voice mails waiting for you about coaching, referee, and parent situations that took place on Saturday. Typically, there is a parent complaining about a coach who has no business coaching. There’s a coach complaining about the schedule or some rule interpretation that caused them the game. And there are both parents and coaches complaining about the referees. If you don’t have these voice mails waiting for you, surely you have an email waiting for you in your inbox from that one coach. You know who I’m talking about, that one coach who thinks he knows more than you and wants to tell you exactly how you’re doing everything wrong.
Sound familiar?
