Not to be a downer, but I should first start out by saying that there’s not a lot of full-time sports ministry jobs out there at local churches. If you are looking for one though, here are a couple of ways to find them: 
1) ChurchStaffing.com–This website is probably the best site out there for finding jobs at local churches. I have seen them post sports ministry jobs before.
2) FindAChristianJob.com–This is a relatively new site but is growing. I have yet to see a sports ministry job posted on here but, again, they are relatively new.
3) CSRM–The Association of Church Sports and Recreation Ministers has a job board where they occasionally post open positions. There is one open position right now.
4) Us! (CEDE Sports)–We occasionally have churches contact us looking for candidates to fill a position. We usually do not publish these positions on the web but if you’re interested in finding a sports ministry job, please let us know.
