Brother Juniper’s strategy for an archery bulls-eye was to launch an arrow at the side of a barn then draw the bulls-eye rings around the arrow. After the paint was applied he had a false view of success. CEDE Partners does not endorse that strategy and we have an alternative!

Explaining MVPS Further
The Why:
- Well thought out MVPS keep you as a leader from changing what you are doing with every new idea or personal preference someone mentions.
- The MVPS provide you with your matrix to know if you are making progress in the right direction. Instead of the, “If you aim at nothing, you hit it everytime!” approach.
The What
- The MVPS introduce you to CEDE Sport’s vocabulary for Mission, Vision, Philosophy and Strategy (MVPS) as a vital tool for every sports ministry. (We do not argue definitions but use visual terms so everyone is on the same page.)
- The MVPS also provide you with a proven process for their development.
The How
