The picture below is from a spreadsheet that Ryan Borowicz created for the sports ministry he leads (Xcel Sports) at Appleton Alliance Church in Appleton, Wisconsin.
As you can see, he has categorized each of his activities with who the event connects to and whether the event is primarily a cultivating, sowing, and/or reaping event (based off of Mark 4:1-20). What a helpful tool to not only help Ryan and his team see how activities fit within their mission, vision, and philosophy but also to communicate to the rest of the church.
