Ok, I have to be honest…I’m a Michigan fan. This is why I particularly like the below clip. Watch that clip and tell me that you wouldn’t be willing to run through a wall for that coach. Bo did a great job delivering that message but the power is in it’s meaning. Teams have a special place in our hearts, which makes sense. The Godhead is a team and we are made in that image.
It grieves me that more churches and ministries don’t function as a team. How is your ministry doing at working as a team? By the way, having a once/week meeting doesn’t necessarily mean you’re a team. Ask your fellow staff and volunteers how much they feel like your ministry is a team environment. You may be surprised by their answers.
